It should not be used as a substitute for care or advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Using the website, joining our email list, contacting us or purchasing a Digital Product does not create a psychologist-client, therapist-client, counsellor-client, doctor-patient, coaching or other professional care relationship between you and The Simplified Self. Website content is created for a general audience and cannot take your individual health, circumstances, history or support needs into account. You remain responsible for deciding whether general information or a self-guided practice is appropriate for your circumstances. Please also read our Disclaimer, which provides further information about the educational nature and limitations of our content.

4. Accuracy and changes in information

We take reasonable care when preparing and reviewing our content. Wellbeing research, professional guidance, technology and other information can change over time. We do not promise that every piece of general educational content will remain complete, current or free from error indefinitely. Where we become aware of a material error, we may correct or update the relevant content. We aim to keep the website reasonably available and functioning. We may occasionally need to maintain, change, suspend or remove part of the website because of technical issues, security requirements, platform changes, legal obligations or changes to the business. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Temporary website downtime does not remove any rights you may have in relation to a Digital Product you have purchased.
